1. Agreement to Terms By accessing The Signals & Systems Academy (the "Academy"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Intellectual Property All content, including videos, code examples, diagrams, and curriculum roadmaps, are my sole property at The Signals & Systems Academy. Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for educational purposes. You may not record, redistribute, or resell any materials without my express written consent.

3. Nature of "The Lab" "The Lab" is a live, evolving educational environment. While core modules are available immediately, subsequent phases of the curriculum are released according to my published roadmap. I reserve the right to modify the roadmap or update content to ensure the highest educational standards.

4. Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability I provide educational content "as is." While I strive for absolute technical accuracy, I am not liable for any damages resulting from the application of the engineering concepts taught herein.

6. Payments and Reseller Disclosure My order process is conducted by my online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
