At The Signals & Systems Academy, I want you to be completely confident in your journey toward mastery. Because the curriculum is built on providing deep, intuitive value, I offer the following transparent terms for members.

1. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have a 30-day money-back guarantee on the following:

Individual Course Purchases
Annual (Yearly) "Lab" Memberships

If you feel the Academy’s intuitive approach is not the right fit for your learning style, simply contact me within the first 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

2. Monthly Memberships

Refunds: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. This is because monthly access provides immediate entry into my proprietary curriculum and downloadable resources.
Cancellations: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Academy until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged again.

3. Subscription Renewals

To ensure uninterrupted access to "The Lab" and my evolving roadmap, memberships are set to renew automatically.

Annual Reminder: For members on a Yearly Subscription, I will send a reminder email two weeks (14 days) before your renewal date. This gives you ample time to decide if you wish to continue for another year or adjust your plan.
Automatic Renewal: Unless cancelled, subscriptions will renew at the end of the billing period using the original payment method.

4. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To Cancel a Subscription: You can cancel your monthly or yearly membership at any time via the "Manage Subscription" link found in your original Paddle email receipt. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. After which, you will lose access, and not be billed again.
